Yes. Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs sized for direct MLS upload — no watermarks, no branding overlays, no resizing required. Video is delivered as MP4 (H.264) compatible with Zillow, Realtor.com, FMLS, and GAMLS. If your MLS has specific requirements, just mention them when booking.

If weather makes safe flight inadvisable — high winds, rain, or heavy overcast — we reschedule at no penalty. Rob monitors forecasts and will reach out proactively. Rescheduled shoots are prioritized to keep your listing timeline on track.

In many cases, yes. As a Part 107 certified pilot, Rob is authorized to request airspace authorizations through the FAA's LAANC system for controlled airspace. Every shoot location is checked in advance — if it's legally flyable, it gets flown. You don't need to research airspace rules.

Yes. A certificate of insurance (COI) and FAA Part 107 license are available on request — for HOAs, property managers, or listing offices that require documentation before a shoot. Just ask when booking.
